Exchange / Return Policy
We are happy to exchange any skates / products you send back, so long as they are in new / re-sellable condition, and in original packaging.

To start your exchange or return contact us and follow steps listed below:

Step 1
Pack up and ship back the skates/products via UPS Store or FedEx to our add return address here. Use Ground shipping and include the original skates box, skate tools, and owner's manual. Note that FedEx / UPS tend to have lower shipping rates than the Post Office for skates.
Step 2
Put your order number in the box, and include what alternate pair of skates/products and what size you prefer instead.
Step 3
We ship your replacement order them as soon as we receive your returned item(s).
Step 4
You'll receive new tracking via email once the alternate skates are shipped your way. Or, we can also send you a refund for the product(s) you return.
